How To Make Arsik Fish Head


Arsik fish head is not common. Only a few restaurants that provide this menu. Therefore make your own with our recipe guide much easier not.

Ingredients

1 piece of snapper fish head, cut in 2 parts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 piece (50 g) interest kecombrang, split 4
1/2 tablespoon of sour water, 1 teaspoon of acid and 1 tablespoon water
2 pieces gelugur acid
10 pieces of chive
10 long bean stalk, cut into 5 cm
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
500 ml water
Ground spices:

8 red onions
3 cloves garlic
10 large red chilies
1/2 teaspoon andaliman
4 grains of hazelnut, toasted
1 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric, burned
1 cm galangal


Directions

Marinate the fish head with salt and lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
Marinate the fish with a smooth flavor.
Arrange lemon grass and flowers at the base of the frying pan kecombrang. Place the fish on top. Enter the acid water, acid gelugur, chives, salt, and sugar.
Fish cook over low heat while occasionally added water, until the fish is cooked and the sauce so thick.
Enter the beans. Cook until done pervasive.
