Ingredients


250 gr spinach, siangi, remove the core
250 grams of bean sprouts, wash the roots
250 gr long beans, cut into 5 cm
250 gr turi flowers, remove stigma
Seasoning:
350 grams of peanuts, fried, mashed
4 lime leaves, finely sliced
2 tablespoons sour water
300 ml water
4 pieces of red chili sauce
1 clove garlic
0.5 cm kencur
½ tsp shrimp paste fuel
Sliced ​​3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt meal

Directions

Boil spinach, turi flowers, string beans, and bean sprouts with boiling water alternately. Drain and set aside.
Mix the finely ground beans with other spices, puree back. Mix with sour water. Knead with a spoon until well blended.
Prepare a serving plate, arrange the vegetables boiled.
Prepare a bowl of chili, seasoning sauce dilute with water. Serve.
