How To Make Besengek Ayam

Besengek of Chicken

Ingridients:
1 Steakhouse or Fryer
2 teaspoons of salt.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or margarine
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
2 Red Chile, destroyed
1 teaspoon of cilantro earth
Tanah Comino Jah.
1 teaspoon of soil laos
2 candlinut, grated
1/2 teaspoon of shrimp pasta
2 tablespoons, dry or used used used used
2 cup of coconut milk 1 coconut
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of acid juice

Method:
1. Cut the chicken into the portion section. Wash clean. Rub with salt and fry in oil until the golden brown is light.
